There are 10 common time manuagement mistakes and one of them is Thriving on *Busy*
[quote]Some people get a rush from being busy. The narrowly-met deadlines, the endless emails, the piles of files needing attention on the desk, the frantic race to the meeting... What an adrenaline buzz!
The problem is that an "addiction to busyness" rarely means that you're effective, and it can lead to stress.
Instead, try to slow down, and learn to manage your time better.[quote]
And I have to deal with a person in my team who is thriving on busy. She is really very stuborn and very resistant to changes. As long as she was only one member of the group, her behaviour didn't bother me so much. Now I have to make sure her behaviour won't influence the others any more and get rid of her busyness.
Any advice how to teach her do manage better her time ?
