I'm determined to lose weight.

What are your secrets, presuming you've ever had to lose weight

I've found cutting down on fats and sugar, eating light meals in the evening and trying to avoid nibbling bits of cake when having to work late, helps keep my weight down. Gym membership is expensive. Instead, I walk exercising the dog, and if I'm feeling really energetic, do some skipping.

Somewhere I have a 5-day healthy eating plan for breakfast/lunch/dinner. If you're interested in it, PM me.

I think we have a change to have Weight watchers at work. I tried it before, but I didn't like the company. The strategy to loose weight looks great, but I hate counting calories& points.

workout dvds are good - cardio/areobics exercise is the quickest way to burn fat, also jogging and like someone above suggested, walking the dog, maybe for longer then usual is good, try to eat less carbs and more fruit veg, and cut out fizzy drinks and juice and drink more water instead

i rarely have fizzy drinks, or junk food, i swim as much as i can ,exercise a little every day, just avoid most of the fatty sugary types of food, do love a bit of chocolate though.
