Re: the last person to post here wins
("...I like that picture too..." said the goblin, adding "...I have a similar cat picture lined up, but for now..., ..." as he posted something again, in fact, the goblin was quite known for what he posted)
repost from elsewhere
the goblin was on a three day week too, "...ours is to witness then..." the goblin repeated, continuing "...well, as we look on at these failings of the moneygod that are becoming evident now and hurting worldwide it seems, simply those failings are both real and perceived then, and as such form two separate problems here, one being "functionality of the system", the other being "confidence in the system"..." ventured the goblin again feeling that any solution to either one alone would not be enough to really return the situation back to the "functional, confident state" which had existed prier to the present day downturn, so the goblin continued, "...no, the hardest part will be restoring the confidence in the "family unit ", a problem one can still see in Russia and those eastern block countries that had to embrace capitalism...", the goblin was thinking of their birthrate at this point, continuing "...anyway, at least within the American political system now, the government together with the media are not trying to still distract us with far away wars, so there seems hope now, even if "hope is only a good breakfast" as they say...",

repost from elsewhere
"...most of human interaction, and resulting conversation, is just saying that which is expected of one so that one can get back to more important things like daydreaming or reasoning other things in the back of ones mind..." mentioned the goblin, adding "...so why challenge, thus becoming ostracized in doing so, any expected norm where one can remain hidden in full view by simply playing the expected part and saying the right words with it...", simply 99% of ones whole life slips under the attention radar like this, 1% is actually retained in memory form through some aroused emotional awareness towards it, simply one lives a life that one mostly forgets

Looks like the baby left his political opinion in his diaper there.

Re: the last person to post here wins
(the goblin liked Phyllis Sidheuaine, thanking her for posting back each time, saying "...it will continue for as long as we do then...")
epost from elsewhere, a biker's "ramdom stuff" thread
Quote:

the wizard will mess you up with your own word's weirdo ...
|
"...nah, you should look at what the wizard says before you say that then, he's saying here that the more intelligent are modest about it..." explained the goblin now, adding "...and o how the inconspicuous intelligence must abound us now, as something like antimatter, unseen yes, but still there because the wizard's theory tells us that it is, but I'll let you both into a little secret now, "the emperor wears no clothes" here, to date I've only seen one writer type amongst you now who, admittedly, seems wiser than those who post here, and yet not as wise as those who don't post here...", but the goblin didn't care for wisdom at all, he cared for imaginative madness, saying "...ah yes, at the end of the day the wise are often weighed down by their wisdom and simply leave nothing to show for it, where some writer's folly is what you read is it not..."

Re: the last person to post here wins
the goblin too, was musing over something about "the hijacking of ideology to create authoritarianism", in that he saw that when one compared nazism under hitler, and communism under stalin, that is, their both having universal welfare, youth movements, a state managed system, compulsory service, state created jobs, labor camps for undesirables and dissidents, etc., etc., etc., etc., it became clear that, although some ideological difference may still exist in the ideology alone, the actual results on the ground was a perfect match each time, "...so ether way, the path to authoritarianism seems paved in ideology then, so much so that fascism/communism/religion/fear and any other ideology too, are all usurped in their turn to create some authority here over those within its grasp..." mentioned the goblin, who somehow tried to have no ideology remaining anonymous throughout

Re: the last person to post here wins
repost from elsewhere, why the goblin most ignores PMs
so the goblin then reads another PM marked "My name is Ms xxxxxx, i saw your profile today on this forum and became interested and will like to know more about you, so if its interests you, you can get back to me directly to my e-mail address (..............) so that i can send you my picture hope to hear from you soonest. thank you. sin., xxxxxx", to which the goblin then replied "...well I am glad to are interested in my profile which admittedly hasn't any details in it, but then again, are you quite sure you want to date a goblin now, what's wrong with greedy humans now...", yet either way the goblin these days had no interested in "dates", no, his sole interested was in "posts", as "dates" just dated one too, where "posts" somehow seemed ageless in comparison

Re: the last person to post here wins
Lucky. I recently got a PM elsewhere (relax, I, Brian. Wasn't IF.) It was for Viagra.
I don't meet any of the conditions that would be prescribed that pill.

Re: the last person to post here wins
(the goblin too, for he would never meet anyone he promised, his dailylife had no place here he always felt, saying "...here I am an ageless persona...")
"...well I suppose you can only really go on from what you know from your own experience..." explained the goblin continuing "...well if simply because once one brings in unknowns here, ones build on sand again, so your connection to "whatever it is" mustn't be as something told to you as gospel, that you then have to blindly believe in and simply follow like a good sedated sheep, no, one really is alone and has nothing now, and yet your "journey to self" is yours alone, for if someone near you dies it is proof enough, if something taken from you, well that's proof again too, but your "journey to self" started from day one, and finishes on day whenever is just self evident as something that no one, nor anything, can take away from you...", the goblin laughed adding "...well what l if I called it "your journey to death" then, sounds a bit morbid I know, whereas "journey to self" sounds wondrous does it not, save that in reality they're actually two sides of the same coin, I guess one can't really know until the end then..."

Re: the last person to post here wins
repost from elsewhere, advice to a new admin
the goblin often felt that an admin should do the rounds, in that, simply remaining on ones own site was only hiding oneself away and not getting ones site known, so the goblin explained, saying "...well, the idea is certainly not to poach members, which won't work anyway, no, it's to get yourself known on any site one visits by giving ones best on the one hand, while observing and learning that which works on the other...", the goblin was just thinking of the many successful admins he knew who did just this then, adding "...so if an admin visits, visit back, but remember too, to keep ones username, avatar, and posting benchmark as uniform as possible across sites, since all those form ones persona that then becomes synonymous with ones forum..." in fact, the goblin was constantly denying in PMs that he even had a forum, saying "...I'm a "live writer" so I need to be across forum/venues, not stuck with one myself..."
