Re: Random Stuff
I haven't been sleeping well of late, and how many times have you woke up from a dream and for a second there, you didn't quite wake at all, I have had moments when I am still a Knight, riding atop my horse with sword in hand, and have kicked out at the attacker trying to dismount me, and in reality sent the coffee cup flying across the room, hurtling from the coffee table to smash on the floor, in a thousand pieces, in an instant, gone, and if that had not happened, I would have been in my dream still, fighting off those demons in my head, with thrust and parry, in all it's glory, in my head, and there are others who don't wake at all, and mop the floor, or do the dishes, like an old girlfriend, who I once found at 4am outside naked washing her car, and my concern turned to laughter when I had got her back into bed, and when it woke her, and I, through tears of laughter, explained the cause of my laughter, she remembered nothing at all, and insisted I was mad, until I showed her the bowl and the cloth, which I had left in the hall, after promising her "No it's ok, I will clean it for you in the morning.....lets go back to bed, there, there, shhhhh, nothing to worry about at all". Oh how I wish they had Video Phones then.
"Hold the Line....Stay with me"

Re: Random Stuff
Just the final touches here to do, on another Christmas about to come and go, and a time where we spread some unselfish thoughts across the globe, goodwill to all, yo ho ho, a time to be with family, friends, or at peace with yourself perhaps, and so from Cam and me, to the internet then, a Merry Christmas to you all, Bah Humbug, may your God go with you, hope you have a ball, and.... post on!
It would be nice if this present does come in the post today though.

As for 'everything' my experience is that females are far less selfish than males.
|
"That's a rather general statement, you may have been lucky in the women you have met, for I have met some right mad cows in my time, and selfish to the extreme, as a result one or two looked a million dollars, no matter how they got it, one or two just pyshcotic, crawling into my nightmares, but plenty a male makes an appearance there too, some are, some are not..." Jat's munches on his toast "but in the main we are all selfish, though it's always nice to meet an altruist (unless they are just being vain glorious), a giving open hand, the human in all of us".

Re: Random Stuff
.....another Christmas over then, another year begun, so, "Happy New Year" then, and no matter what it holds, no matter what you post, there are two worlds fighting in your heart, love and hate, which one wins... the one you feed the most.

Do you think, although I do tend to agree, life is too short and all that, especially when the football is on in a bit, yet you have to bear in mind my humour is drier than a witches tit, but I do have a theory which I think should be implemented, that you are allowed one KILL in your life, you don't have to do it yourself, there would be paid assassins for it, which would help check the rise in unemployment, a handy by product, so, you only get one, in a lifetime, a free hit, anyone you like, who has pissed you off, that would be it, curtains, gone from the planet, but only one, with no comebacks, would make you think, wouldn't it. Do you think, would it make people more careful who they upset, would the world be a better place, with this sword of Damocles hanging over peoples heads?
