....this is not the usual way to introduce yourself to a new forum, but I am in need of advice.

Imagine, you love someone. You love them like no one other in your whole life.

Would you be with them even if you could only be together for a limited time? Would you get married even if you knew your partner would pass away long before you two could even starts a real family? Would you get a divorce from your current partner who you never been in love with in the first place and the only communication you have with them is a "Hello" and "Take out the trash already!"

Would you deem it worth it? For only a handful of year, if that?

If I were in your place, I would say yes, even if it's only for a couple of years. The life is too short to give up love, so easily when you have the change to go for it.

But this is me, so think carefully what is really important for yourself.
