I'm determined to lose weight.

What are your secrets, presuming you've ever had to lose weight.

In my opinion the Weight Watchers have the best options right now. Their motivators have changed the approche lately and I agree this method works. It's quite expensive if you want to participate at all the meetings, but if you want only the method you can participate for the first sessions till you understand the method and continue on your own if you have a strong will.

I think weight watchers etc are just big cash cows. all it takes is self control and determination, yes its hard, but its a discipline worth learning, unless of course you have a medical problem, taking the easy way out is all to common nowadays, my friend reckoned he had an eating addiction, so has had his stomach reduced, now if he eats he feels sick etc. its just not worth it.
