Mostly the fact that my meds mean i cant drink, and being depressed means i can't be bothered to eat. not the best way to lose weight but it's working.

My meds are the exact opposite...they make me gain weight and I love 12-18 beers on a Saturday. Depression is different for some people...I got the depression of eating...unfortunately

It's not just the anti-depressants at the moment, i'm on differant pills for my back until my procedure in febuary.

yeah im on anti- depressants too, doc just upped my dose to 20 mg,s, but doesnt seem to be working.

I saw a documentary that said to stay off wheat products with carbs. And to avoid soybean oil and corn oil and go back to saturated fats.

I must say, we did not as a nation get fat until we got off saturated fats.

I drink tea every night, it's good in eliminating body toxins. Warm water helps burn fats as well.
