Freezing my arse off this winter. Especially hate my school - buggers are too cheap to get proper heating.
Now that I'm done with that...

You may call me Purple if you wish. I found this place on google, because I needed a new place to hang out, and it had to be on vBulletin.

I'll be here as often as I can, due to there only being one working laptop in this entire house. I suppose there are more important things though.

Anyway. I currently reside in Sydney, trying to control an absolutely mental dog, along with my family who are all sexists and think that because I'm a girl I am incapable of lifting heavy objects, and when I want to help with construction of some sort I'm always pushed away, only to be scolded for not helping with moving things. <_<

I'm 15 by the way. Oh the joys of teenagehood... so many prejudices towards my age, so many negative comments received for being so young... I was actually called a liar and a shame on all humanity when someone asked me for my age two years ago - I told them I was 13, which was true, and yet they're all like "You can't be. No 13 year old can possibly be so articulate and knowledgeable."

Bah. Anyway enough of my rambling... I'm probably scaring off the lot of you...

It's winter. Australia happens to be located in the Southern Hemisphere. It's a bit annoying, really.

Geez. I didnt' realize the seasons are different in Australia.

Theoretically in my neck of the woods is summer (Quebéc, Canada), but we didn't enjoy it at all. Most of the time rains and it's cold for this season. As our winter season has almost 6 months per year (November-April), it's really frustrating that summer sucks this year. We had tornades last week !

Believe me, that's not a usual thing for us.

Jeez. We've had our fair share of hailstorms and winds. One storm (the major hailstorm in like 1997 or somethinf) destroyed our car.

Also my dog fell into the lake at the park yesterday.

One cannot force another to do something (heck, I'm still hoping that the older moderators and some of the people from Chronicles would return.) I don't know how many times I was the only one on either here or the interfaith forum that I, Brian runs (and IF is a far more active site than here!)

Be reasonable. Six active people here? You'd be fooking lucky to have six different posters here a week! Oh, and another thing: threats don't work.

Everyone gets angry. It's no big deal. If we can't be tolerant of others' frustrations, we're a pretty piss poor excuse for a species, don't you think?
