Seeing as the spiders wouldn't literally have anywhere else to go, then I'd think that crashing the entire Chrons wouldn't be a wise action.

And I can't taste or smell much, actually, but I think I can deal with being here.

Ta, Alexa. No, the slurpspiders are parasitic. Destroying their host'd wipe them out too. The brownie's going to be livid if anything's happened to the library, though.

hmm I wonder - if I took a book out before the crash, but after the 2 month limit -ergo I took the book in what is now lost time - would I have to return that book as whilst I have it I have not technically borrowed it as yet?

OR, the course of wisdom would be to return the book if you have it. If it got lost, I'll keep him occupied long enough for you to get a running start.

And before anyone says anything, Spetimus was never involved in any of that "fake Spetimus" poisoning business. That was something else entirely.
