Dr. says: *You need to relax !*
Let's face it. Everybody has something to be frustrated for. Sometimes, it happens every day. You know little things like: *she's late again*; *he forgot my anniversary again*; *I have to clean again after the kids*, etc.
The doctor advice is to perform relexation techniques as often as possible and communicate your frustration, and of course find ways to keep it under control. By debriefing you may reduce the extent of such frustrating experiences.
In this thread, you can tell us your frustration of the day and try to relax. Just pay attention and do not communicate your frustration to the others, ok ?
