I have it and haven't yet had any issues. Personally I prefer it to Windows XP. The only problem I've found is that since I'm running it on a Toshiba Libretto u100 with only 64 megabytes of shared RAM, I cannot use the Aero interface (all that fancy eye candy). In my opinion, Vista would have to be the best Microsoft OS yet.
