This may not be the most pleasant topic, but I'm getting annoyed enough to start asking for help in public forums I get cold sores all the time these days - if I can get the benzocaine stuff on them early enough I can stop them showing up, but if they do become visible they seem to take ages to go away. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with visible, annoying cold sores please?
