I believe so, but to an extent...I mean if it looks nice and it is beautifully designed like it could be art in a book or wall or something...for sure!!!!

Yes tattoo's are art. Some of the designs I have seen have been very intricate. I don't want a tattoo myself, but admire them from afar lol.

I have four too. my dad wants to go and get his first one in 30 years done, eh wants to get my sisters kids names added to his old ones.

I cant help but feel the urge to get inked too.
