new arrival
*the proud grandmother presents...*
thats right, last night, or this morning to be more precice, between one and four i became a grand mother as my katie gave birth to a litter of three perfect kittens, one was not so lucky, but we cleared it up and it seemed to cause her very little distress. pics will follow, just as soon as i can get them without distressing the mother. i am going to have dinner now and go to sleep as i'm totaly exhausted! night

*the ears of the female members of the FreeCafe :kitty: delegation home on the news (or is it mews?) and set up a :kitty: guard around the new family, several swiping the toms that come within ten meters of the new kittens.
*a couple of the honor guard/"Secret Service" :kitty:s extract themselves from their :kitty: fights just long enough to congratulate Princess Ivy before giving a couple of the toms a tearing into they won't soon forget. the ratlings (as they are affectionatly known) are doing great, no pics yet, gotta wait for the cable to come home for hte digital camera, but that may be a good thing as cute though they may be, they will be cutter soon
