That's great! I lost about 35 pounds in the past year two. It was hard work but well worth it.

If you eat rice everyday, you lose weight. 
Most americans just don't bother, they just eat what they see. Well, if you eat like Chicken, Vegetable, Rice, etc.. everyday, you'll lose weight!

I lost a lot of weight in the last couple of years, and I'm pleased to say that the weight has stayed off! It's funny, but I ate a lot of rice whilst I was dieting. Could rice be the next big diet thing?

I try too eat sensably and cut snack foods and sweets. I don't drink anything that contains calories.

In about eight months I've lost just over ten kilos, but now my metabolism's learnt the trick, and loss has stopped. Which is sad, because I could stand to lose the same again.
Which also means I can't let up, because there are huge fat reservoirs jus sitting there, waiting for a refill...

I've cut out *most* drinks with calories, but I didn't let it apply to my
juice in the morning. That seems to be an important part of a diet in
my case. I just cut calories by watching portions and exercise more...
no special diets or fad diets.

Weight loss is my eternal dilema.... I envy those people that can keep their weight stable..
My weight depends highly on all the dramas in my life, when i am sad and tired, i put on weight!!! (that is how my husband knows how i feel at the end of the week... hahahah  )
But when i am high in spirit, and happy, well i simply srink in size...
yep a yoyo weight...
