Le Pont du diable over the Herault river, for those of you who ever been to New-York city, it's just a few miles from the original site of one the Cloisters (St-Guilhem le Desert) and a very cool place to swim and relax.

No, I mean created artificially in the 60s by men to serve as a watertank for Canadairs. The place always have big fires in summer.

There's many flora and fauna in, including crawfish.

Interesting but not my favourite. The water taint you red after and the stones in the lake are not polished enough yet, so you better swim with plastic shoes on.

I usually swim at the Pont du Diable (second pic), but I wanted to show the Salagou to my hubby, and there's a lot of hiking to do around the place.
