I'd have to guess the X-Files movie because a red x in a small box is all that is showing up. But on second thought the shade of the x makes me suspect Stargate Atlantis.

I just found an error in my hint. This was from the sequel to the movie that Clint Eastwood had his debut in. I'll concede that it is too obscure af that doesn't help.

You zeroed in close enough. The picture was from the Creature Walks Among Us which was the sequel to the Revenge of the Creature. I erred in my hint Eastwood was in Revenge not Among. Your turn.
