Default There is something in the water?

I am a conservationist (as those who know me know) and i do beleive that we are poluting our planet. this thread is meant in ernest as a very serious subject. spamming is not required and will not be tollerated.

with reports of 'prozac in the water' etc i was doing some research and found this article. i think it's very scary, that the amount of pollutants we are indirectly pumping into the eco system are causing this serious a result this quickly (taken comparitivly as to when we started using hormones in livestock and even the pill entering through waste system).

There's all kinds of crap going into the water these days, especially in my area, which is largely agricultural. I'm to the point where I pretty much won't drink tap water anymore. It just tastes...oily.

As far as the gentlemen with enlarged breasts...apparently it doesn't bother some men so much. Last week, while I was on vacation, I saw one older teenager running around at the pool, who had this problem in a pronounced way and didn't seem to be bothered about it at all. Anyway, he was running around with no shirt on without any obvious embarassment. I don't know if that means that he is an unusually centered kid, or if it's just becoming so common that it isn't that much of a big deal anymore.
