help! my son has changed he setting on my pc and now my andit spyware and anti virus is talking to me in french! i can't understand it to change the settings back.

Which antispyware are you using, Ivy?

If it helps - is there a "Properties" tab anywhere to select set up/default options?

spyware doctor and zone alarm are worst affected. yes, i know there is a properties tab, but don't know which one it is as it's now labled in french.

Here's a thought - has he changed your language bar in Windows itself?

Look to the bottom left, near your icons - do you see a little box that says "EN" or something else?

can;'t see a button 'en' have left clicked task bar and found something called language bar, but nothing happens when i click it. grr

Try right clicking the language bar and seeing if you get "Properties" come up.

i found it, it was on the actual programs, i've been having trouble with zone alarm and i think because my programs are all connected when he clicked there it reset it all. anything ales that is changed i can fix as i find it.
