My apologies to anyone in the UK who I now come to find out have alraedy celebrated Mother's Day. I do know enough to not expect the British Isles to celebrate July 4 as Independence Day but I truly expect most everything else to be the same. Anything else anyone's aware of?

Any Father's day in UK/US/Canada ? For us, it's in early June.

in the uk mothers day follows the christian easter calender and occurs on mothering sunday. where i come from, in SA mothers day is like fathers day and a set sunday in June (i think its june, could be mistaken there... oh god, my gran will kick my butt if i forget...shudder)
