When it's prepared well, I do. Unfortunately, I also have had some "Chinese" food that would make China declare war on the US.

I'd love to get some authentic recipes for my ever-increasing collection of recipes (will trade some of my pizza recipes if you're interested.)

Love the username! I, Brian - I too am a mushroom fan!!! Not allowed it often as my partner detests them!!! Mushrooms always feature heavily in whatever I'm eating in a restaurant though!!!
