I'm currently on a diet, but allow myself to eat some chocolate on the weekends. I buy organic, 70% cocoa, dark chocolate (Green Black, i think). Love it and it's just enough to satisfy my cravings!
I love to take chocolate at all the time..
my normal way to have chocolate is "just take chocolate and just have , no matter how many chocolate are there... i love taking it... " because it has many of health benefits..
• eating chocolate releases endorphins in the brain, which act as pain-relievers,
• eating chocolate boosts one's appetite, but does not cause weight gain,
• the sugar in chocolate may reduce stress and have a calming and pain relieving effect,
• eating chocolate does not give someone acne or other skin eruptions,
• eating chocolate does not trigger migraine headaches,
• eating moderate amounts of chocolate makes one live almost a year longer,
• eating chocolate reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer.

One of my friend she doesn't like chocolate but at the time of pregnancy she was eating too much chocolate,the dark.But after her pregnancy again she left eating.
