Stepped outside to see if it has started raining again. Not yet, although it is supposed to start sometime tonight. Grrrr. It's in the forecast for the next four or five days. Enough of the rain, already. We haven't had any problems here, but some parts of the state are about to float away.

I have just taken the insightful decision that I need to lose weight and eat more healthily.* Having just made myself a bacon sandwich (fried not grilled), I can see I'm going to have to work on my will power...
The new clothes I've bought that don't fit me should be good enough incentive - let's hope so anyway... Still, am off to the gym tonight for first time in a while, every time I seem to get into a routine, one of my son's (more often than not the youngest) seems to catch a virus and not let me sleep which in turn makes me too tired to go and do some full-on exercise!!!! Am hoping this last illness (gastric-flu, poor soul, he's only 1) will be the last for a while... xx |

You really have to be a miserable fanatic to stick with a health club or gym membership. My goal is to go back after my back proceedure this Friday (Epidural in L4-L5). On a lighter note I am listening to Jesus Christ-Superstar I'm always surprised with I listen to every year or so and remember how good the music is. I also hear the story was kinda popular in it's day.

What did I just do? Well, erm, fold some clean,dry washing, put some more dirty clothes in the washing machine, hang some clothes up (I don't iron much), dress my boys, drink some juice and reply to some threads... Pretty much normal morning! xx |

Ada, I'll let for tomorrow all that stuff of cleaning, washing, plus shopping, cooking and other boring things to do. I just took care of my cats.
