Finished laughing at a post from the etymology of names BB I belong to (I'd post it in the Humor section here, but it's not exactly appropriate [when Lala gets miffed at someone, the salt comes out.] This one was better than her "Pot, kettle on line 2" reply to someone.

More work on my "films seen" list. Got the master list finished now (until I see another movie I haven't seen before, anyway), but now working on getting it into shape to post on the new blog (which I won't create until I have this thing ready. The master list is alphabetical, but I'm playing with listing them by release date - which will be a lot of work to do, as my total came to approximately 1220, although I've added a couple since the count that did not appear in the book I used for research. It took me, for example, around two hours to look up the release dates of just the films I've seen that have come out since 2000 (69 films).

Well, that's probably more than you wanted to know. :smilie:

Just saw Inside Man today. Excellent film, good cast, interesting cast. Worth putting on your list.

So I've heard. Unfortunately, I never get to add them to my list anymore until they are out on tape/DVD or are on TV. The last time I was in a movie theatre was right after Return of the King came out in the theaters. Going on three years, now. I take care of my mom, and so I never get out beyond to the grocery store, to the library once in awhile, and to dinner sometimes.

Which, in fact, was the last thing I just did before getting on here...we went out for an early Sunday dinner. Too lazy too cook today. But we are having strawberry shortcake for dessert later on. I found some Oxnard strawberries in the store today; they are by far the best. :biggrin:

That was probably my second trip to the theater this year. Unfortunately I tend not to get around to DVDs much anymore either. Always something else to do.
