swedish meatballs:
hamburger, ground pork, ground ham, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, bit of nutmeg.
brown in oven (easier than frying), then make a cream gravy with the drippings
ALWAYS have it Christmas Eve before we go to church, with boiled potatoes, carrots. But, this year we are going to visit relatives in phoenix, so not sure what we will have. We are going to my husband's relatives that night, not sure what their tradition is.

Well, let's begin with a appetizer: salad of chicken (the name exactly: salad of boef)

you'll need for this 2 pulps of chicken boiled (aprox. 200 g) with vegetables like carrots (5-6 big if you need a lot), parsely roots (3-4), celery

2 patatos boiled separetely

peas (you can use forma cans ready to use) as many as you like

once the meat and the vegetables are boiled, you have to cut them in small pieces and mix them together. Add 2 cucumber in pickle cut in small pieces too. Add salt, pepper, one spoon of mustard (I prefer the regular one) and 2 of majonnaise, all per your taste. Mix again all the ingredients and then put them into a bowl. Keep into the fridge.

It's an easy recepy, but it takes time till you boil the vegetables and cut them into pieces.
