Default Blue, Black or other?

I've been searching the office for a blue pen and it got me thinking about how everyone is kinda funny about what type and what color they prefer to write with. I prefer using pencil most of the time but usually at work we're required to use pens for things and in that case I prefer ball point blue. Which do you prefer?

Handwriting ? Blue ink pen. But usually use pencils as they don't leak in bags.

I like to use Black ink. Although when writing a particular story that I've just started I use a blue ink pen. I have no reason for it, I am the reasonless Percon.

Depends on my mood. And it certainly isn't limited to blue or black or pencil. Sometimes it's some other more exotic color. I really like brown ink for some reason, and red also is a favorite.

When I was in school and got tired of people missing classes and then asking if they coud xerox my notes, I started doing my notes in various light colors that do not reproduce well on copiers. Once in awhile didn't bother me, but there were occasionally people who never came to class and always just expected me to hand over my notes. It got to be a variation of "do you own homework".

Whether I handwrite or print, and exactly how I handwrite (backhand, straight up and down, or slanting to the right) when I do, also depends very much on my mood. I've sort of thought about whether this means something about multiple personalities or is just an eccentricity.

I do the same thing! My handwriting changes with my mood too! Just a couple of eccentrics

I prefer blue pen. When I have no choice and have to use black ot other color, I'm in a very bad mood.

Hello Master. I missed you.

Black fineliner - which I suppose is ink as described earlier. Not fond of the ballpoints, they always seem to run out on me at importune moments. I used to use pacers - mechanical pencils - more, but now I seem to most often use the ink. And I print in caps rather than do cursive handwriting....
