New game developement, advice wanted

i'd like to start up a new game, murder mystry weekend/cludo type game. in one thread. i have some vague ideas on how to do it. I'd think that we'd need a game master to give out clues and have the 'murder envelope'. we'd need characters and rooms and clues etc. but i'm not sure how to manage turns and people wanting to come in half way through, how long a game should last or even, most importantly, if anyone is interested.
Please drop a not if you are interested in joining in the game and if you have any ideas on how to go about it.
for the first round, i'd be prepared to be the game master, probably with the winner of each round taking the new game.

That sounds really good i'd definately join in, maybe if you got a max. of 5 people and 1 extra being a detective and giving out clues then 4 being victims and suspects. Then the clues get private messaged to you. Just one of my mad suggestions!
