But humour aside, I wonder if English-speaking (native) people attach gender to any more non-living things beside
a ship (feminine). Category of gender in English AFAIK is rudimentary. What concerns me, Ukrainian and Russian make me attach gender (masculine, feminine and neutral) to all nouns, so I don't think outside gender at all because of peculiarities of my mother tongue. Could you, please, give me more (serious! :wink
