Where On Earth
Not so much "Who am I" as "Where am I"
A snap shot taken from the web or a personal photo taken at home or on holiday.
Guess the country, town or city, and any distinctive building
If nothing else we can see world in micro
So where on earth is this and please contribute with any info useless or otherwise?

Re: Where On Earth
Was easy wasn't it? Yep, that's the castle of the last Bavarian king, Ludvig II. It is also called the Mad King's Dream Castle.
Your turn, WS

Re: Where On Earth
Damn.
Yes, it was too easy - I couldn't resist though, I have sailed under it's mighty arch too (lived in Cam for 3 yrs).
I love the myth too - that it was contructed without nails and students disassembled it to find out how, couldn't re-assemble it and had to nail it together.
Rubbish, but I still want to believe it!
your go
