I used to keep birds on mass when i was at school, i had 30ish budgies 5 cockatiels and 15 caneries. i have seen this before. Have you tryed the sand covered perches? they will keep it down by rubbing their beaks on the rough perch, Ringo dose this as he gets small groth on one side of his beak.

I might be able to adopt a new furred manager! *does "The :kitty"*
I met with a representative of the new property management company for my apartment complex, and she said that, if I get some form of medical verification that I would benefit from having a furred purrson in my apartment, I could bring in up to two without worrying about any sort of extra fees or anything like that. Now, all I need is to get medical verification. *crosses everything that can be crossed, and some that kind of can't* Phyllis Sidheuaine

Medical verification ?!!! Geez. They are really difficult with you.
Try a stress treatment with animals. I really hope you'll be able to get a "New boss' if not twp of them

I could try to bring in new furred purrsons, but then I would have to pay an extra $225 pet security deposit for the first month I bring them in and $25 per month after that.

Update on "new furred manager" situation: It's A Go!
Just have to get the required stuff (y'know, the litterbox, the filler, the bowls, the food, the toys, the grooming supplies, etc.) then I can apply for the fur. Will post photo when everything's in place (including meow. )Phyllis Sidheuaine
