So if I give them to eat, this can stimulate their appetite ?

Yes. but the only thing you've got to do is to leave a pot of herb in free access to them. They'll eat it whenever they feel the need for.

Thanks, Leto. I'll buy it for Atchoum (oh yes, again her). She doesn't eat much and I really don't know what to do to with her. It's true, I discovered a proeminence on her throat a week ago. Somehow that thing fell as I found blood on one of my dictionary where she likes to sleep on. Wislon had one too on her head. The vet said not to worry about, but I'm still worried.

She's in her best days lately. I hope she'll keep that way. Thanks.

If you find again blood, check her head and her gums. She may have sensitive tooth which can be help by giving both of them dental dry food as Oral Care by Royal Canin (Science Plan have also one) from time to time.

She's not as savage as 6 months ago, but she's still difficult to approach. She asks for her brush once a day and then she gives me that look of "give me a break". I'm happy she doesn't fight any more when I want to keep her a few minutes in my arms. That's why I didn't see that thing on her throat. Lately she's kinda of whining all day long, so I do my best to find out what satisfies her. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't work. Geez. I feel I'll be in trouble with her for the rest of her life.

Some cat, as some people, are hard to please.
If you find more blood, get her to the vet. She may need to have some tooth plague removed, and trust me you don't want to do it on your own. Then the Oral Care dry food is a good option.

BTW, great news : hubby is finally OK with cat number 2, we'll actively looking for one in January when we'll be back from vacations.

I didn't find any trace of blood. That's why I didn't rush to the vet. I bought her a new formula vetdiet with glucosamine, a special for less active cats, a few days ago. She seems she likes it. I watch her every day to be sure she's all right. But you are right, she's difficult to please.

You mean you want to adopt a new cat ?

Yes, I wanted a companion for Raven for quite a long time. But my dear s.o. was reluctant: two cats means two litters to change, two basket to get them around, another round at vaccination shots, identification, and sterilization (and female heat if it's another lady), twice more cat nail clipping, and twice less space on bed and couch.
Anyway, he went with one of his colleague to pick up a kitten for him (another blackie one) and changed his mind. So I'll have a late Chrimsas present in form of a kitten in January or February.
