Are they banned out right Alexa? Over here its illegal to use one without a hands-free set, although research is now questioning just how big a benifit that is. The last one I read suggested that mobile phones are so much more distracting than talking to someone in the car with you, partly because as you drive along and the signal gets transfered from tower to tower, the sound/volume is constantly altering meaning you will subconciously need to pay alot more attention.
And I agree with texting Leto, I was going over the bridge in my home town a few months ago, the traffic has got so bad that what was a 2 lane bridge (one each way) with a bit of space is now a very tight 3 lane bridge and a car comming the other way to me was drifting into my lane badly.
