Congratulations with Bastille Day!
My personal and most sincere congratulations of all fellow members from la belle France with Bastille Day! Despite all jacobine terror of 1793, the Bastille Day will always be a symbol of fight for freedom against tyranny and opression.
Liberté, égalité, fraternité!

Re: Congratulations with Bastille Day!
Bastille Day is one of the days I cannot forget. My ancient history teacher loved history and she made us love it too. She used to put so much passion in her words.
Who can forget those words "Liberté, égalité, fraternité!" ?
Enjoy your day, Leto !

Re: Congratulations with Bastille Day!
*opens one eye* hmm ? who ? me ? went to bed at 2 AM. So many people went to the Eiffel tower for the fireworks that to avoid accidents, many subway stations around had regulated access and big queue in front of the entrance. We walked for 45 minutes after the show to get to a main station far away and get the last two subway home. After the day before concert at Bastille place, I'm dead tired and don't know how I'll do some proper work today.
*back to sleep*

Looks you had a great time yesterday. It's Friday, so you have the right to relax.

Re: Congratulations with Bastille Day!
If you know what it is, why not opening it ? And you have the chance to ask for another one in 3 weeks.
Mine is next week and I have no idea what I want for myself.

Re: Congratulations with Bastille Day!
Because I've promised not to. My s.o. wants to offer it to me with all due formalities.
May I suggest some cat accessories to prepare the arrival of your feline companions ?

Re: Congratulations with Bastille Day!
Any suggestion will be more than welcome. I'm a little worried as they are adults already.

Re: Congratulations with Bastille Day!
Feliway, you'll use it to spray all around your place. It's artificial pheromones and it'll help them get accustomed to your place.
Cushion to sleep on, one per animal. Although, they'll never use it, except once in a blue moon.
Litter box
Food and water bowls (glass or porcelaine - no plastic, can give them skin allergy and it's a real pain to correctly clean, regular cake plate can do the trick)
Catnip mice - even adults need to play. Cardboard boxes, strings and balls of paper are also very useful. Be careful with plastic bag.
Unless they're declawed, a log or a cardboard place to make their own claws. And a nail cissors to cut them regulary if them don't want to use it
A soft brush
A big box to move them : from your place to the vet, to the cat-sitter or your holiday places.
