Why would I laugh? I've been known for years among my friends and co-workers as the "human spell-check". I can spell pretty much anything as long as I can write it down (which means I'm not very good at spelling bees). In addition, when I worked in the tutorial center at community college whenever someone couldn't find the dictionary, people would come to me for definitions. Pretty painful for me, as I can explain what words mean but can rarely come up with a formal definition. I can use words, is my theory, why should I have to be able to define them? It's kind of like using a computer - I can make it do the things I want it to do (most of the time :wink

Well, being as I don't have a digital camera or a scanner, I don't have a pic to post, and I suppose most of you already know me. However, for the newbies, I suppose a bit of an introduction is in order:
