Re: Club Chat
I got another cat from SPCA this Friday. Stupid people ! They were not able to tell if she was sterilised or not and kept her overnight. They called me Saturday to take her home, still not operated. Instead, she was sick (in French rhume, a cat cold) and gave her oral antibiotics twice a day. It seems the dose was too strong so this morning I had to stay at home with her and take a rendez-vous at my vet. I paid $ 300 to hydrate her and give another type of antibiotics.
She was so scared when I took her home from SPCA and the vet that she arouse her cage. So I had to wash her. And now I have to wash everything in my house to get rid of the smell. And its so ho outside and I do not have air conditioning. I have 3 small ventilators, but they are not strong enough.
The cat has no name yet. Her ex owners abondaned her (female cat) two weeks ago and she received a fake name at SPCA. I will wait a bit to find her a proper and a nice name. I hope she will be well soon.
Ce'Nedra was nice with her when she realised that she was sick. Now I have to give to Ce'Nedra also some supplements to make her resistant, too. I believe she didn't forgot Bella when she was sick.
The reason I adopted the new cat is that she is a sweetheart like Bella and I hope Ce'Nedra will adopt her, too.
Geez, its worse when you are worried about your cats.
