I have to leave that to the coffee gourmets of the group. My irritating heart condition makes me limit my caffeine so I stop at two or three essensial cups a day. (That's about what it takes to wake up in the morning). I keep mine simple.

ah, i don't care, s'long as it has caffine in it i'm happy. i'm still struggling to give up cigarettes and coffee is all that is left to me (sob).
i've just finished both uni and college exams and assignments. thank goodness the lecturer strike is over and i can get some grades!
