Re: Club Chat
I never use any exotic type of coffee myself. Medium strength and served black.

Re: Club Chat
Coffeee in a mug ? Forget it ! that's just hot water.
Real coffee is strong and served in a cup as pictured by Alexa. Mugs are for tea and herbal tea.

Re: Club Chat
I take my coffee into a huge cup, but I cannot prepare it strong anymore. I tried to change for tea, at least in the afternoon. The problem is, first of all, I like the taste and the smell of coffee and secondly, I have headaches if I don't drink at least one/day.
For the first one in the morning, before I have to go to work, I take a teaspoon of Montignac fructose. At work, I take a huge cup and I mix a bit of irish or almond flavors with moka. No sugar or milk. I tried to drink colombienne black, but I didn't like it and I couldn't drink it.

Re: Club Chat
Just one small moka cup in the morning to wake up and one sometimes after lunch. Black, with sugar. Strong (ristretto). No coffee or tea past 2 PM if I don't want to wake up wide awake at 2 AM.
No North America coffee. Sorry, Alexa, but from my experience from Québec to the border of Mexico, you can't drink coffee on this continent. Just something with sometimes caffeine but taste like hot muddy water with overburnt coffee grain in.

Re: Club Chat
That's why I keep switching them all the time. I still hope one day I'll find the good one. *sigh*

Re: Club Chat
The only one good coffee seller I've found was in the middle of the Bronx, someone selling Illy coffee (Italian brand). Or efficient too but quite strange at first, a Palestinian brand of coffee in San Diego, California. For Québec, no idea but check maybe some Haïtian shops. The family I was in there was horrified to have a teen of 13 drinking black coffee for breakfast. Yet, they drank milk at every meal.

Re: Club Chat
Milk at every meal ? Not for me, thanks.
I prefer the mug.

Re: Club Chat
Hehe, nobody touches my coffee, not even my cats ! Well, sometimes, they want to smell it. And it has to be black !
