Not cheesy enough to spend nearly 9 euros in a itcket. Will wait for the TV broadcast.

It looks interesting. Anyway I like the cast. And I don't need a baby sitter.

9 Euros?!
Has it always been as high as that (thinking of the Franc days)
Guess we don't know how lucky we are over here with prices - especially as there's usually a "cheap day" in a lot of cinemas

Certainly not. Price raise by 25 %
Going from franc to euro was heavy for our budget, most cultural product prices have raised : movies, CD, DVD, books, comics. Except strangely theatres. A few month ago, I saw MacBeth for only 10 euros. Very good show. Another thing which haven't rised its prices was Rocky Horror Picture Show live - still only 7 euros.

That's a shame about the price hikes. (I don't suppose wages rose by 25%, did they? )
Still, at least you get to see some of the things you like fairly cheaply.
Are you one of those who dress up to see Rocky Horror & take bits of rice & toast with you?

A ticket in the evening is $ 9 in Québec, but I don't care. Some movies should be seen at the cinema. I don't know why, the same movie once I saw it at home on DVD was not the same.

we usualy use 'orange wednesdays'; quite a coup as my phone isn't orange. makes movies very affordable. i've noticed a distinct rise in viewship. i remember going to the launch of the second star wars prequel (clones), the cinema was virtually empty. but going to see sahara this year, we didn't have seat choice as the place was so full. so had to crane my neck all the way through (though i enjoyed sahara far more than clones
