Yeah, sorry to say that drinking too much vodka is one of the main problems in modern Russia.
The other problem is what the guy on the foreground talked about. This clip is actually a part of a larger TV interview and was shot somehere in mining region. So, the miner talked about that they haven't got salaries since November. Something that probably cannot be imply imagined in Europe or in the USA. :redface:
However, you should be Russian to make the situation quite humorous. :wink:

For me ? If I'm lucky, as a "salary freelance" (specific status to french journalists) I'm paid one month after the month my article is published. Which can be sometimes six month after I gave my copy.
Then some publications have regular accountancy problem and publish the thing, then stop the magazine, don't pay you at all, and restart the next week a new magazine. Or some prefer to use free trainee instead of professionals.
During the end of Internet bubble, the longest I've know was a net advertising company which didn't pay any salary to their 50 employees for one year, then bankrupted and left them without even unemployement allowance rights.
