No coffee for me, thanks. A caramel chocolate digestive should be great. And than I can go back to work stating threads or reply them.

Re: Is an introduction in order?
Hi Estelthea and welcome to FreeCafe.
I hope you feel at your ease to tell us something about yourself. Don't worry, we don't need details, only general stuffs : what do you like/dislike, hobbys, etc. You can do it on this thread or you can start a new one to introduce yourself. In this way, all the other members can say "Hi" and ask questions.
As Ivy said earlier, let us get to know you.

Re: Is an introduction in order?
Hi ,
I've wandered over from chronicles-network, just to see what's going on so I was not sure if I needed an introduction or not - I recognise most of the names over here!
I'm 23, female and live in the UK (sunny Gloucestershire to be more exact). I like fantasy and SF (obviously) and do a bit of writing in my spare time but I'm interested in all kinds of things from shoes and chocolate to Middle English literature and philosophy. I have an English degree and work part time in an concert venue where I sell tickets and do all kinds of odd jobs.

Hello Estelthea,
Did you join chronicles too ? I didn't have the time to look to all the new members in there lately. Anyway, this is a sister site, so if you are not a long time member on the other site, we'll appreciate an introduction in here as well.
You are very young, so just be patient. You won't sell tickets or do odd jobs for a long time. You didn't find the right place for you, that's all.

Re: Is an introduction in order?
I wandered over from chronicles also. I also realized I never officially introduced myself over there. So I'm doing it right this time.
Age: 19
Location: New York (the state, not the city)
Sex: Female
Likes: Sci-fi + Fantasy, movies, books, gardening, making jokes with my dad, hanging out with friends, palying video games, normal things
Dislikes: Umm . . . bad manners, 4am fire alarms, people who can't hold an intelligent conversation, onions, mushrooms
Other: I go to college about 6 hours away from home. My friends i made there are all 6 hours away from me. I like British Comedies. My posts and conversations are short and to the point. I am a concise person. I really don't say much in reality. I think this is one of my longer posts.
Whew, I think that is good for now.
