Default Michael Jackson

Thought it might be interesting to keep a running commentary of this court case. As a starting poser: Do you think he is guilty or not guilty?

I got no idea whether he is actually guilty or not. However, being as he acts like he does and talks like he does and does what he does in public it is not hard to see how he is just SICK imho. However, I will let the courts judge him. Just as a sidebar I would never let my kid stay at his place.

Well Jackson is a really weird guy. As for being guilty, it's hard to say ...... but when somebody repeatedly gets charged for the same crime over and over again it makes you wonder how innocent they could be.

I don't really care, but ooh, that man is creepy, make me go . Anyway, I think he's guilty, too many children coincide on this. Nonetheless I think he is being beat down by the media alot.

Question: How in the world do you find a neutral jury for that case? Maybe we'll get some people from a third world country... like Wyoming.

As I don't have the evidence and facts I can't judge.

Don't be so non judgemental. I am sure your opinion will not harm his case.

I wouldn't want to judge either, let the courst decide. But I agree with Hodor, I wouldn't let my kid spend a night there either.

Sorry, but I have not even a single fact to judge. Where are the evidences ? So far, all the articles I've read about that have no more info than the National Enquirer (which could make Gandhi a violent rapist if it could have money from this).
Of course, the guy is a loony (just look at what he's done to his own face) but is it a criminal one ? I don't know.
Anyway, none of my kids would ever go around him : too many freaky fans around, not sure he's able to provide healthy diet and behaviour around kids (even if he's proven innocent), and in gereral why should I let a kid around a grown-up so visibly unstable (once again look at the face) who isn't even part of the family.
Anyway a better reason is : I have no kid.

Guilty or not, I don't know.

I think the saddest fact of all is that, even if he did abuse these kids, he's so out of touch with the real world that he probably doesn't believe he's done anything wrong.

Notice how he was all dressed in white for his first appearance for jury selection - an attempt to encourage the world to his innocence perhaps?

He's a crazy millionaire in Calafornia. Other than those directly concerned, why does anyone even care? He's good for a laugh now and then, and clearly a loon, but the facts are hazy as to his criminality. It's fifty-fifty.
