You just sense the others feelings and you know they are not yours, as you didn't have them before meeting that person. And, no, you cannot suppress it. You can avoid persons you don't like since the beginning.

Every one has empathical potentiel in different degrees. You didn't meet anybody and say to yourself : I don't like this person and this at first contact ? I'm sure you did. Well, your subconscious told you right away you have nothing in common with that person.

You can pick up engative vibes to which gives me the shivers, I don't realy feel the individual feelings just a darkness of despare or hate, you turn to see who this person is but on a busy sidwalk hard to tell who it was.

Like me, Maryjane. I'll do the house cleaning tomorrow, too. I have to do my shoppings today. I'll go on vacation in about two weeks and I have to buy "a little something" for my relatives and friends. Christmas is close. Maybe we'll talk later.

By the way, last night we communicate by telepathy. Pretty close, I must agree. Bye-bye !

Ya one can even read a person's character and personalety just by reading their text in a chatroom or forum as well, pretty neat. The only thing I have a problem with are the fakes or actors and there is usually always a couple around, they can deceive an empath or anyone else for that mater.

I never realy checked th satistics but I believe there are more women empaths then men although I know of some personally. empathic anyway the very least. Maybe because a woman has a more highly developed sixth sence. The mother instinct.

However, if you love someone it's much more easier to have empathical or telepathical reaction to this one. Hence, most mothers (and fathers too) reacting to their kids' feelings.

Ya I agree with you Leto some women should never of had kids they either got them by mistake and some deliberatly just to get on the system I knew some one that was actually a friend she had three kids I ended up having them in my care for a time. I realy don't know for certain what's up with these women except for some have psycological problems either from a dysfunctional upbringing or drugs and alcohol and spoucel abuse .

Emapth is similar to telepathy except an empath reads feelings and emotions of another person, an telepath reads the mind. Not much diference except inner feelings don't deceive while the mind can.
